1 serving (or 1 scoop) has 80 mg of natural caffeine from 2 green tea extract. Green tea extract gives you a calming energy, since it’s combined with L-theanine in a 2:1 ratio (caffeine vs L-theanine)

Can Mo be used at any other point in the day?
Yes. While formulated for the morning, it also works great at other times of the day (e.g., a post-lunch pick-me-up). We recommend no more than 3 portions a day
